SOBRIETY - ALCOHOL HAS BEEN HIT AND MISS FOR ME OVER THE PAST 44 YEARS SINCE WHEN I FIRST GOT DRUNK / INTOXICATED AT AGE 10 ... I was instructed to have a SOBER SUMMER STARTING YESTERDAY MOTHER'S DAY WHICH I HVE BEEN ... 3. STRENGTH - I WAS INSTRUCTEDTO TO GET MY HEALTH BACK THROUGH DIET AND EXERCISE DAILY AND ROUTINELY (MORE TO FOLLOW) ... 4.
