Shirtless in Newfoundland

It has been in the 30's this past week and watching and/or playing soccer in Newfoundland is often doen shirtless. Now, with all the Muslims around it seems this is causing them and their supporters discomfort and consternation (which means they don't like shirtless men around them while they are in the nurqas and turbans and whatever else they wear on their eads...) PG would like to advise everyone in Newfoundland, Labrador and across Canada it is LEGAL FOR A MAN AND A WOMAN to be topless outdoors in CANADA.
