This is an interesting "behind the scenes" development in the Russian payment industry uncovered by Russian IT review CNews titled "Secret leader emerges on payment system market"; "Attempts undertaken by Centrobank to exert control over payments for mobile communication services have caused an absolute leader to emerge on the market. CNews found out that late last year two Russian leading payment system companies – OSMP and E-port – merged.
