Why not simply ask Elon Musk, DJ Trump, Bill Gates, Warren BUffet, Jeff Bezoos or The Royal Family to pay off Newfoundland and Labrador's $20 Billion Cdn Provincial Debt in exchange for a few small Islands, a Canadan Pasport or 2 and a few vacant Government buildings like the vacant CBC BUilding in Corner Brook?
