I have a new name for Newfoundland also - NEWFOUNDAFRICALAND - all my last "Dr.s" were from AFrica lol The African community in Newfoundland and Labrador is a rapidly growing, vibrant, and diverse demographic. While the province’s Black population was historically small, the last decade has seen a significant influx of African immigrants, students, and professionals—particularly from countries like Nigeria and Ghana. Many now call the St. John's metro area home, drawn by opportunities at Memorial University (MUN) and provincial immigration programs.
