By drilling for oil offshore Greenland (GreenIsland State) America has aready begun its invasion of Greenland (Green-Island State). Neither Denmark, Europe, NATO, EU, CHINA or anyone else can do anything about it. And RUSSIA, being bogged down, losing and attrited in Ukraine, is irrelavent.
Putin loves this by the way as it will be the distraction he will need when he Nukes Ukraine...
