The advanced sensible World knows it. RUSSIA is already being made useless as the Western World (USA' EU, even ASIA ...) is reducing the RUSSIAN "Army" to rubble. You see it through their Russian "Forces" casualties and their latest misuse of African and South American (like Peruvian) "Mercenareies" who are being slaughtered on the battlefield.
